I have exposed the truth, provided accurate information and resources for people who want to tell real from fake.

My name is Robb Hamic and I am the primary author of this blog. I have many sources of informaiton and friends helping me with this project including officials with the Israeli Defense Forces, prominent Krav Maga Instructors and leading associations that promote ethical use of Israeli martial arts and combatitives.

Why am I doing this? I am mad. I was personally conned by two individuals who mislead me with their fake military credentials, Mike Lee Kanarek and Moni Aizik. I became instructors in both Haganah and Commando Krav Maga (CKM) under these fakes. I resigned my instructorships with both organizations when I learned of the fraud.

I investigated these and other fake Israeli Instructors and found out that there is a huge amount of misinformation in the market that misleads many people. I located the sources of accurate information about Israeli Krav Maga, Israeli Defense Forces records for these and other individuals. I found the most respected International Associaion for Israeli Krav Maga and made friends with several key people who have know about these frauds for many years.

It turns out that many people have been complaining about these people to various sources as they were featured in Black Belt Magazine, the History Channel and the Military Channel. These people have misrepresented their credentials on the Internet and in the news. There were many people who were taking individual action and we decided that it would be a great idea to have a central locaiton for informaiton. Actions are being taken against the fakes and this is a movement. Please get involved.
